Your crew get their links, the wallboard goes up, and the show runs on it. Afterwards you have the report and we have your notes.
What a licence covers
A workspace is the licence.
One workspace, one subscription. Every workspace runs a show the same way — what changes is how many people stand around it.
In every workspace, whatever type it is: the calendar and the productions in it, the day in blocks from rig to strike, the rundown editor, templates, live mode, the wallboard and the post-show report.
The cut runs along the crew layer, not the time layer. Nobody gets a smaller rundown or a shorter day.
The first three are held by a company. The fourth is held by a person.

Solo
One person, own productions. You are the schedule: the day, the departments, the crew and their links, the chat and the compound. One seat, and it is yours.
Producer
A production house with a team. Everything Solo has, plus seats for the other producers and admins who build alongside you, and your own mark on the screens and the printouts that leave the building.
Enterprise
A broadcaster or a large production company. Everything Producer has, plus departments inside the one workspace — each with its own admin, its own contact pool and its own view of the record — and one seat pool across all of them.
Show director
A workspace of your own, and it is an instrument rather than an organisation. You write rundowns in it and you run them in live mode, against a day you lay out yourself. Nothing in it is published to anyone: no teams to invite, no crew links, no channels — because there is nobody else in it. It is your own tool for your own work. The one screen that still reaches a room is the wallboard, because that is a link rather than an account.
Then you are called into a client’s production, and you hold the full rights of your role there — the rundown, the console, the chat, the teams you lead — whatever your own plan is. The gate reads the type of the workspace that owns the production, never the type of yours.
Seats are for the people who build
Producers and admins in your workspace take a seat.
Everyone else works as a guest
Show directors and team leaders hold the full rights of their role inside your production without occupying a seat in your licence.
The crew never takes a licence at all
They enter by link, with no account to create.
